About TRPNEP 2021 Seminar

Our upcoming 3rd TRPNEP 2021 Seminar entitled “3rd ASEAN – Japan Meeting Point of Collaboration by Stakeholders and Researchers for Reducing Environmental Problems in ASEAN Countries” will be held as an online seminar on December 11-12, 2021.

The purposes of this seminar are 1) to make more informative and worthwhile about the understanding of environmental and health issues in ASEAN countries, 2) to share, discuss, exhibit, and exchange your experience expertise, and innovation, and the outcomes of transdisciplinary research and practice, and 3) to engage for future collaborations between/among scientists and researchers, and other non-academic stakeholders from the private and public organizations for the reduction of environmental and health problems in Southeast Asia.

Therefore, you are welcome to share, discuss, exhibit, and exchange your experience and expertise, innovation and outcomes of transdisciplinary research and practice on the following topics: 1) Prevention and Reduction of Natural Disasters, 2) Improvement on Urban Environmental Problems, 3) Environmental Preservation and Sustainable Development and 4) National Security for Food and Health.

The seminar is organized by TRPNEP Steering Committee members: 1) Ehime University, 2) Kagawa University, and 3) Kochi University of Japan, and 4) Research Institute for Humanity and Nature (RIHN), and sponsored by Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).
